It's smoothie season! I love smoothies all-year-round but especially once the weather starts getting warmer and you feel more motivated to lead a healthier lifestyle. So this month will be all about creating delicious and healthy smoothies with the help of doTERRA TrimShake.

Fruit & Veggie TrimShake Smoothie
A fruit and veggie smoothie is my usual go-to type of smoothie because I usually always have these ingredients on hand and in my fridge. You can customize the ingredients to suit your personal tastes but here's what I put in my smoothie this time.
1. Place all ingredients in your Magic Bullet or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve in glass, add straw, enjoy!
How easy was that?! Normally I would add a banana but I didn't have any on hand. Other options include creating a more tropical flavour such as mango or pineapple or replacing the spinach with kale.
